Structural Bodywork
The structural bodywork that I offer is an integration of connective tissue
therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy,
and breath work. I use hot packs and essential oils to aid in the "melting" of the tension held in muscle and fascia.
